Kelayakan

Tanggungjawab
- Provide desk support to users
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
- Document technical issues and resolutions in Service Desk System
- Assist in setting up EUC devices and handover to users
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure user satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other MIS team to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry
