Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Required skill: MS Office
- Willing to travel/ outstation when necessary
- Posses own transportation
- Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate
- Have at least 1 year relevant working experience
- Preferably with CIDB Certification
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
Tanggungjawab
- Assist project manager to ensure strict works/ schedule conformance before handover
- Responsible on daily site activity reporting to Project Manager
- To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project at site.
- To ensure site works are executed and housekeeping are performed regularly
- To liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and clients to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specification
- To attend and participate in site meeting, review inspection meetings, completes inspection meetings
- Prepare and generate progression reports for management review
