You will be in charge of multiple e-commerce and online business - typically our client's accounts. You are responsible on their online account upkeeping to ensure all details are up to date and well maintained. You will also be involved on our client's e-commerce business development to formulate strategies on how to improve their store performance. That said, you will be managing all their campaigns and promotions which will happen in marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee. Your daily job scope as below:

• Client Onboarding: Help new clients set up their accounts on the e-commerce platform, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Work to increase the sales and revenue generated by clients on the e-commerce platform. This may involve upselling additional services or features.
• Training and Support: Provide clients with training and support on how to use the platform effectively. Address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with insights and recommendations for improving their online sales strategies.
• Reporting: Generate and share regular reports with clients to track their performance on the platform. Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that clients encounter while using the platform. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
• Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services, features, or promotional opportunities to clients.
• Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from clients about their experiences on the platform. Use this feedback to make improvements and enhancements.
