Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or related fields preferred.
- Analytical thinking in e-commerce and experience working on various e-commerce platforms are preferred.
- In-depth understanding of TikTok/Shopee/Lazada or other platforms, including seller centers, tools, promotions, and campaign structures is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide team operations on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as a working language.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce/digital technology and online marketing/sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each promotional campaign, develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance company's sales targets.
- Responsible for formulating the overall plan of live broadcasts, planning live broadcast activities and content, and continuously optimizing the live broadcast format.
- Follow up and control the entire live broadcast process, monitor live broadcast data in real time, and quickly propose solutions to problems that arise during live broadcasts.
- Analyze and review the data of each live broadcast, provide timely feedback on various indicators, and be responsible for the results.
- Communicate with the influencer BD team on matters related to influencer collaboration, and promote operational processes.
- Develop and execute customized growth plans (including sales and product forecasts, event planning, etc.) to meet the specified goals of TikTok/Shopee/Lazada accounts' clients and brands.
