Kelayakan
- At least Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support (min 01 year)
- Hands on experience with ERP software and well verse in MS Office (Excel) is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Ability to communicate in other language (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Answering and screening internal and external phone calls, Whatsapp and emails. (Sales & Marketing support)
- Preparing quotations / proforma invoices.
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
- Compile monthly sales reports.
- Maintaining the records of sales, the orders and invoice accuracy, and compiled sales reports.
- Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
- Logistics arrangement (courier & shipment documentation)
