Kelayakan
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the implementation of designs, providing guidance to contractors and craftsmen.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
Tanggungjawab
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Able to speak in Mandarin & English 3dsmax / Sketchup / Autocad software required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
