Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
- Language(s): English, Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Identify target markets and industries for business consulting services.
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate leads and opportunities.
- Conduct outreach and networking activities to build relationships with decision-makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using RM software.
- Nurture leads through the sales process, addressing client inquiries and objections.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our consulting services.
- Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
