Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Required skill (s) : Proficiency in Microsoft office and Ms Project software
- Knowledge in AutoCad will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 2 years of working experience in the pipe laying project.
- Applicants must willing to travel to site if required.
- Willing to work long hours when required.
- Able to commerce work immediately & poses own vehicle
Tanggungjawab
- Support Project Managers with the smooth execution of projects in accordance to the Division’s Project Implementation Framework and ensure projects adhere the QA/QC standards, as specified in the contracts and agreed in the quality plans.
- To monitor, supervise and ensure all site work (including sub-contractors) are carried out in accordance to the specifications, construction plan and work instructions
- Manage project progress and report on key metrics
- To be able to interpret Civil & Structural drawings accordingly
- To prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports on time.
- Liaise with local authorities (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local regulations
- To liaise and work with respective key personnel at site
- To convey information about the progress of the project to head of project where IT deemed necessary
- To provide and resolve issues that arise during construction
- To perform Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) plan
- To prepare and compile project related reports
- To assist in progress work claim for client and subcontractor
- To assist Head of project in project planning & implementation and all technical aspect when required
