Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree preferably in Human Resource, Finance or Psychology at least 3 years above of work experience in Human Resource Management, with a focus on Recruitment Employee Relations and HR Administration ;
  • Strong knowledge of HR Principles, Practices and Employment Laws ;
  • Excellent Communications, Interpersonal  and Leadership Skills ;
  • People Oriented and Excellent Interpersonal Skills ;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet ;
  • Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner ;
  • Able to communicate well both in writing and orally ;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
  • Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast ;
  • Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group ;

Tanggungjawab

    HR Strategy and Planning ;

- Assist the Group in Developing And Implementing HR Strategies, Policies and Procedures Aligned With The Organizations Objective ;- Collaborate With Department Heads to Understand Their HR Needs And Provide Guidance On Workforce Planning, Talent acquisition And Relation Strategies ;

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition ;

- Support Recruitment Efforts by Participating In Candidate Sourcing, Screening and Selection Processes ;- Coordinate Interviews, Assessment And Candidate Evaluations In Collaboration With Hiring Managers ;

  • Employee Relations ;

- Serve as Point Of Contact For Employee Inquiries and Concern, Providing Guidance and Support asneeded ;- Assist in resolving Employee Relations Issues, conducting Investigations and Implementing Corrective Actions in Compliance with Company Policies and Legal Requirements ;

  • Performance Management ;

- Support the Performance Management Process by Assisting in Setting Performance Goals, Conducting Performance Reviews and Providing Feedback to Employee and Manager- Coordinate Training and Development Initiatives to Enhance Employee Skills and Competencies

    HR Administration ;

- Oversee HR Administrative Task, Including  Maintaining Employee Records, Processing HR related                 Documentation and ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements ;- Assist in Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR Software Systems to Streamline HR Processes and Data Management ;

  • Employee Engagement and Wellness ;

- Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Programs , wellness Initiatives and recognition strategies ;- Organized and Coordinate Employee Events, Meetings and Activities to foster a positive work culture

  • Compliance and Reporting ;

- Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws, Regulations and Company Policies cross all Departments or Locations ;- Prepared HR related Reports and metrics for Management review and decision-making purposes.
