Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Business Management and/or Quality Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to join us!
- Candidates with or at least 6 months-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy - MS Office programs.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Less to zero mistake in work.
- Excellent team player, proactive, fast learner, diligent and result-oriented.
- Detail oriented with good prioritisation and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to meet the deadline.
- Possessed own transportation.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible in development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality system (ISO 17020:2012).
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Inspection & Non Destructive Test (NDT) .
- Manage and participate in periodic audits.
- Conduct internal audit to ensure the quality of document is well up-to-date and follow the procedure.
- Advise management, supervisors and staff on quality aspects and regulations.
- Handling all the documentation, archiving and distribution of quality documents.
- Organize annual management review of the quality system.
- Manage all audits and complaints.
- Communicate with external auditors for ISO.
- Communicate with clients for pre and post job inspection.
- Attend meeting with clients.
- Handle projects (meeting, documentation, liaise with clients).
- Ensuring the equipment calibration schedule and monitor the equipment and consumable stock (others related).
- Manage risk register and monitor all risks identified.
- Manage quality meeting if there is any non-conformances (NCR) happen.
