Tanggungjawab
- Shah Alam Food Factory looking for *Business Admin/ Marketing Interns* who are looking to gain industry experience Location : Shah Alam Bukit Kemuning
- *Internship - Business Administration/ Operations/ Marketing
- Order Processing: Handling customer orders, including inputting them into the system, verifying details, and ensuring accuracy.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure stock availability, and managing backorders.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining sales documentation such as sales invoices, and shipping documents.
- Sales Coordination: Liaising between different departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Event Coordination: Helping to organize and coordinate sales events
- Invoicing and Payments: Generating invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts receivable.
- Marketing & Administrative Support : Collaborating with the marketing team on sales-related campaigns, promotions, and materials. Providing general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to better support the sales team and customers. Requirements: Student currently pursuing a Degree in any fields Looking for bright, vibrant and passionate individuals with good personality, positive mindset and a good team player.
