Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in read, speak and write in Mandarin.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Be physically IT to perform the job (For example: Able to carry car spare parts)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to travel to outstation if required
Tanggungjawab
- Respond to and handle enquiries on various platforms, such as emails, calls and WhatsApp
- Support branch store operations including picking, packing, loading/unloading, inventory, and stocking
- Support branch admin operations such as returns, warranty claims, and administrative tasks (BDOs, invoices, etc.)
- Assist with JIRA ticketing system and document filing
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks as assigned
