Kelayakan
- At least 2 years in review and leadership stage.
- Must be well verse with all Microsoft office components.
- Must possess the technical skill on Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”).
- Must possess entrepreneurship mindset.
- Must be able to communicate and network with clients and potential clients.
- Must possess tax knowledge.
Tanggungjawab
- Lead Johor team (“Team”) for performance efficiency improvement.
- Guide the Team to ensure assignments accepted are delivered within the timeline.
- Guide and coach the Team for skill and technical knowledge improvement.
- Notwithstanding no. 3, identify the weakness of the team member and coach the team member for improvement.
- Assess the performance of the team, hopefully to propose for reward on the performance.
- Meet and touch-up with the clients for customer relationship management (“ RM”) purposes.
- Update the management about the Johor office operation and performance.
- Others, which are deemed to be the responsibilities of an audit manager.
- Others – ad hoc work, if necessary.
- Discuss with the management level on assignment acceptance for the Team.
- Review audit files completed by the Team.
- Meet client physically or Zoom for audit clearance meeting (“ACM”).
- Usually physical ACM will be accompanied by the managing partner.
- Perform annual staff appraisal for Johor Team.
- Have physical meeting in KL with the management members at least once a month (twice a month, if necessary.)
- Others, which are deemed to be done by an audit manager.
- Others – ad hoc work, if necessary.
