Kelayakan
- Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM level qualifications and above.
- Candidates must possess great proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 6 days per week with 1 rotational off day.
- Candidates must have no issue to work on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)
- Candidates must be able to start working by May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
- Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in JB.
Tanggungjawab
- Aiding customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media regarding inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, or account management.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. This may involve investigating problems, liaising with relevant departments, and finding satisfactory resolutions for customers.
- Ensuring the quality of service by monitoring customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to management.
- Recording customer interactions, feedback, and any relevant information accurately in the company's database.
- Going above and beyond to meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and foster positive relationships with customers.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM 1900 – RM 2100 (Basic) + Up to RM 300 Night Shift + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour) + Up to RM 400 KPI

- 12 days AL + 14 days ML
