Kelayakan
- Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM level qualifications and above.
- Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese.
- Candidates must possess great proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
- Conversational English is acceptable for this role.
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days.
- Candidates must have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)
- Candidates must be able to start working on 13th May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
- Shortlisted candidates must possess a stable Wi-Fi connection (WFH candidates)
- Candidates must be based in KL / Selangor once shortlisted to go back to the office on 2 occasions (Occasion 1: Device collection | Occasion 2: mock call certification)
Tanggungjawab
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, including booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services based on their preferences and budget.
- Assist customers in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including suggesting destinations, activities, and attractions based on their interests and needs.
- Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to customers, to enhance customers’ travel experience and increase sales revenue.
- Offer advice and guidance to customers on travel-related matters such as transportation options, accommodation choices, travel restrictions, and safety precautions.
- Keeping up to date with travel destinations, attractions, events, and local customs to provide accurate information to customers.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 (Basic) + RM 200 Relocation Allowance + Up to RM 500 Night Shift + Up to RM 390 KPI
