We are seeking for highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations in team. The tasks including managing personnel records, updating databases, gathering and processing payroll data, and preparing HR-related reports.
Tanggungjawab
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accountable for monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement (including statutory payments).
- Be the custodian of the HRMS system and ensure data accuracy in the system.
- Supervise the maintenance and updating of personnel information of all employees to ensure that strict confidentiality is maintained at all times (e.g. compensation details, personal files, leave information, etc)
- Maintaining records and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
- Leave Administration - Administering eLeave management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional study, etc.
- Staff Uniform Administration – Stocks and Orders.
