Kelayakan
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally.
- Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlook Ups, Pivot Tables)
- Good team player, positive attitude, work well with all levels of people.
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin & English.
Tanggungjawab
- Have a good understanding and understanding of the company’s products
- Interact with customers in timely manner and ensure follow up and ensure each feedback is closely properly
- Update and maintain accurate documentation (customer service documentation), investigate issues and report
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal staff and stakeholders as necessary regarding customer orders, inquiries, etc.
- Participate in the implementation of operational, process and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy and reduce order fulfillment issues
- Maintain good communication and relationships between external and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the order processing process.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in service processes.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks.
