Kelayakan
- Good understanding of computer systems / network / security and other tech products.
- Willing to learn, hands-on, self-study on new technology.
- Willing to be hardworking to achieve greater customer satisfaction.
- Perform implementation or deployment based on IT projects.
- Can patiently working on a problem and find out the solutions.
- Can do some email and word doc writing for customer reports.
- Willing to work long hours.
Tanggungjawab
- Learn new computing skill (Software and hardware) with minimum supervision.
- Identify solutions to solve software and hardware issues.
- Work under pressure to resolve the problem, within service level agreement.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers’ request either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Take the initiative to do research and solve problems
