Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI Certificate, Diploma in Accounting (fresh Graduates)
- MS Excel/ Word Basic Level
- Good at using browsers to find needed/Current information
- Proficient in Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Posses a high degree of integrity and handle confidential personnel information
- Diligent , reliable, good communication skills, positive mindset, adaptability and willing to learn characters are encourage to join us
- Can Start to work immediately
Tanggungjawab
- To assist in updating finance department of various accounting tasks on daily basis
- To ensure financial and bookkeeping records are accurate and up-to-date daily
- To detect any discrepancies or error before processing payments
- To ensure payments are made correctly and promptly by following the payment cycles
- To reconcile all kinds of statements (Bank statements, Creditor/Debtor statement and others) if IT is required and to resolve any discrepancies
- To assist in internal control monitoring
- To conducting stock checking/taking on monthly / yearly basis (if necessary)
- Other duties may be assigned by the Superior /manager from time to time
