Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Industrial Psychology.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year working experience.
- Ability to protect company information and interests at all times.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Full time position.
- Working location multilocation: Willing to travel Veloctiy, Bukit Bintang, Mid Valley
Tanggungjawab
- To be responsible for Recruitment
- To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
- To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
- To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
- To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
- Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
