Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
- Working knowledge of mathematics.
- Familiar with computer systems.
- Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills.
- Strong leadership, people management and training, and planning skills.
- Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
- Thorough knowledge of services, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
- Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs. Knowledge in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Possesses own transport
- Willing to relocate to Johor.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage all F&B and daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Planning menus for various outlets in consultation with chefs and restaurant managers.
- Designing and implementing sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.
- Establish targets, Incentive and schedules.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
