Kelayakan
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Min 2 years relevant working experience
- Min possess Diploma in Nurse
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A dedication to providing exceptional childcare nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and caring childcare setting.
- PR and First Aid certifications.
Tanggungjawab
- Administering first aid and medication as needed, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitoring and documenting children's health, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
- Responding to medical emergencies and injuries promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining health and safety records for each child.
- Educating staff and parents on health and safety best practices.
- Participating in staff meetings and childcare programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all childcare regulations and healthcare protocols.
- Providing a supportive and comforting presence for children in need.
