A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is a critical role in the construction industry responsible for managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction project
- Min Education: Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- Min 1 years experience candidate encourage to apply
- Able to communicate and understand in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin,
- Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques is also important.
- Posses own transport
Tanggungjawab
- Estimates costs for construction projects.
- Helps prepare tender documents and assesses contractor bids.
- Monitors project costs and implements cost-saving measures.
- Manages project budgets and provides regular reports.
- Coordinates procurement of materials and services.
- Administers contracts and resolves disputes.
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Measures material quantities from drawings.
- Maintains project documentation.
- Communicates with clients regarding project updates.
- Assists in resolving construction disputes.
- Manages financial risks associated with projects.
- Ensures construction quality meets standards.
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and regulations through professional development.
