Additionally, they must possess the ability to plan and execute short videos related to the live stream to enhance the effectiveness of product promotion. Thus, live streaming operations require skills in selecting topics, designing scripts, and managing filming teams for short videos centered around live streaming.

Management and Affability:

• The operator of the live stream room, broadly speaking, is the leader of the entire live stream room and must manage the hosts. On a smaller scale, they also need to be responsive to any needs within the room; for example, if the lighting is poor, the operator must promptly adjust IT themselves. Therefore, it's crucial for operators to be proficient in the practical operations of all sections within the live stream room while coordinating with the team. This requires strong management and interpersonal skills as they need to cooperate with all staff members in the live stream room.
• As the head of live streaming operations, one must maintain a positive and healthy attitude. When faced with unexpected situations, they should keep a clear mind to make prompt judgments and devise solutions for the hosts and the team to execute. During this process, they must display resilience and not show any signs of being overwhelmed by pressure. If the operator cannot solve problems effectively, it may undermine the confidence of the entire live streaming team, leading to the failure of the entire live stream.
