Kelayakan
Industry: Financial Institutions Compliance Services
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- At least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Investment/Banking industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- May require frequent travel.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD).
- Assist in managing MD's daily activities, including email correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the MD, coordinating as necessary.
- Arrange both internal and external meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
- Attend to personal tasks delegated by the MD.
- Follow up on sales inquiries via email.
- Actively explore business opportunities.
