- Understand all policies, procedure & Standards of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all customers feel welcome are given responsive (alert) courteous service at all times.
- Ensure cashier counter are ready to serve ( Clean surface, Menu follow standard, Promotion up to date & System; QR. cashier machine welll running.
- Sent Order to kitchen,
- Packing follow docket after order is ready
- Ensure stock up & replenish stock.
- Responsible on dining cleanliness.
