Kelayakan
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organizational Skills: A receptionist must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative duties.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records, managing appointments, and ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite and email systems, is essential for performing administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Tanggungjawab
- Welcoming visitors and accompanying them to specific locations
- Answering, screening, and forwarding all incoming phone calls
- Managing administrative tasks/general administrative daily work
- Helping the HR department with the attendance listing, record & monthly report
- Keeping track of office supplies, food beverages, furniture, and equipment
- Supervising office services such as service maintenance person
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft excel & word
- Customer service-oriented mindset
