Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- English and Mandarin (Write, Read & Spoken) is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system up-to-date.
- Handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of accounts.
- Handle end-to-end process of Accounts Payable/Receivable/ Credit Control.
- Prepare and manage invoices, billing, expenses and transfer payment.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage daily cash flow.
- Forecast cash flow by generating precise forecasts to facilitate effective cash management.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary, government authorities on related matters.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing including statutory submissions and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, scan and filing in hardcopy and electronic copy.
- Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the superior and management.
