Kelayakan
- Possess at least 3 year of working experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent Sales target and manage staff.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Tanggungjawab
- To monitor outlet day-to-day operations;
- To supervise outlet aesthetic consultant/therapist;
- To submit sales report daily;
- To ensure all reports are up-to-date daily;
- To check stocks for all PO/DO and make sure clinic has sufficient stocks to run business;
- To ensure smooth and satisfactory client experience;
- To ensure all utility supplies and medical devices work well;
- To cover subordinate’s jobs should one is absent;
- To handle cash collection and payment to company;
- To achieve sales target with team;
- To perform personal sales;
- To verify team’s commission;
- To manage and supervise team on sales pipeline
- To assist in ad-hoc clinic activities.
- To adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
