Kelayakan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales marketing planning or related work.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin.
- Familiarity with various online platforms and social media advertising settings and management, with rich experience in advertising optimization.
- Excellent market analysis and planning skills, able to accurately grasp market dynamics and formulate corresponding strategies.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and other tools for data analysis and report writing.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with company business goals.
- Manage and optimize advertising placements on online platforms (e.g., company website, social media platforms) and offline channels to increase exposure and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor dynamics, and adjust strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing activities.
- Manage advertising and marketing budgets to ensure reasonable allocation of funds and achieve optimal results.
