We are looking for motivated and highly committed Customer Service Operation Executive to help manage and expand our fast-growing homestay business. 

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Min possess SPM or above education; Candidates with Hotel Management Diploma or Degree is a plus, but not required.
• With at least 1 year relevant working experiences.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Tech proficient and willing to learn continuously to succeed in this role. This role is highly rewarding for the right candidate, who enjoys working in small and team works.
  
• Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards

• Can work in 2 shift (9:30AM - 7PM, 1PM - 10PM)
