Kelayakan
- Possess a Degree/ Master in Human Resources Management , Business Management Or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR working experience in managerial capacity
- Possess strong leadership skills , strong analytical & conceptualization and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding.
- Managed and supervised payroll operations including reviewing and verifying timesheets, calculating employee wages, and ensuring accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related items.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Implement employee training and development programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Manage and motivate staffs, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance coaching to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management on issues related to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
