Kelayakan
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, engineering, management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in Electrical System projects tendering or similar role. Experienced in Solar PV System project tendering will be added an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work to multi-task and independently with minimum supervision, self-initiative and able to produce quality work within tight deadlines.
- Experience of tendering and pre-contract cost analysis is required with sound knowledge of construction.
- Great networking abilities to communicate and negotiation with customer, subcontractor and supplier.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Good capability of Bahasa Malaysia and English written and spoken language.
- Willing to travel outstation for work on short notice
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for reviewing tender requirements including tender drawings, bills off quantities, technical data, unit rates, tender terms & conditions and preparing quantity requirements for tender submission.
- Liaise with suppliers for cost estimation on tender submission and any proposed variation order submission.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the drawings.
- Upkeep and maintenance of the tendering documentation.
- Prepare cost analysis for profit and lost margin such as materials, labour, subcontractor and general expenses.
- Perform and prepare any other contract duties assigned by superior.
- Willing to learn and adopt into implementation of technology for the efficiency on performance of work and problem solving. (Use of any Apps, Software or AI such as accounting software, ChatGPT, HR software and etc)
