Kelayakan
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as an Electrical Foreman / Senior Electrical Technician or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, strong leadership and team management skills, especially dealing with foreign workers.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment & tools and ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Able to simplify technical terms for the benefit of other non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Electrical Systems, codes, regulations and attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Proficiency with Bahasa Malaysia and English written and spoken language.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation for work on short notice
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Conducting High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV) & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Electrical System installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for:
- Cable route Design & Management
- Infrastructure Work (Street Lighting)
- HT Switchgear
- Transformer
- Mainswitch Panel
- Bus Duct
- External Work
- Telecommunications Systems Works (Fibre Optic/ Telephone)
- Leading and provide technical guidance and training to the electrical installation team / sub-contractor
- Assist Engineer or Project Manager on planning of projects tasks to the team members.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Identify potential issues and take proactive measures to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure standards, specifications and method of installation comply with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
