Kelayakan
- Able to work under fast paced environment.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Fresh Graduate Encourage to Apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.
- Good knowledge of construction method and materials.
- Possess strong contractual knowledge.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office application
- At least 2-5 years of working experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, measuring and estimating cost in the tendering process.
- Tabulate and arrange for negotiation or to clarify with sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors on the contract requirements prior to commencement of work.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and follow up with main contractor for progress certification and payment.
- Prepare progress payment to sub-contractors.
- Prepare VOs for main contractor and sub-contractors.
- Prepare final account with main contractors and subcontractors.
- Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
- Ensure all filling and documentation comply to company procedures.
- Be able to work closely and liaise with operation team.
