Kelayakan
- 1-2 years' experience in dealing/selling to healthcare or FMCG channels.
- Minimum diploma in marketing, science, or a related field.
- Experienced in product management/brand plan.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate product vision, strategies, and updates to internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Tanggungjawab
- Regular meetings and brand reviews to monitor and review progress in line with agreed objectives.
- To conduct market research and develop product messages and promotional material to meet strategies.
- Marketing programs include product launches, conferences, workshops, public programs, product trainings that will be aligned with sales tools and messages.
- To support and achieve sales, profit and market share objectives by planning and incorporating in-depth marketing strategies to drive the product portfolio & identifying areas for growth.
- To forecast, plan & manage assigned A&P budget.
- To provide forecast and monitor inventory and coordinate with logistic and supply chain team.
- To formulate price and bonus strategy for continous growth and increase in market share.
- E-commerce development and maintenance.
