Kelayakan
- Qualified Medical Assistant with diploma holder
- Current state aesthetician's license in good standing for minimum 2 years
- Significant work experience as an aesthetician or similar role
- Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare products and cosmetics
- Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs
- Experience in a PA and/or customer service environment and/or sales as an asset
Tanggungjawab
- Welcome clients and explain to them the list of products and services
- Conduct consultations for clients with problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin
- Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products
- Fully understand services offered – scope of treatment, pre- and post-operative care.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on current trends, issues, and best practices in relation to cosmetic treatments and laser therapies.
- Help train new staff
