Working closely with the Customer Success Team and our Development Team, you will help us to provide world-class customer service support to our industry clients. You will be a self-starter, service-focussed, with an interest in technology solutions. Quick thinking skills and an ability to trouble-shoot will enable you to provide an unparalleled experience for our clients.

They know what IT takes to succeed, and we help them to achieve their goals. A natural rapport with people helps, as does understanding our clients’ challenges and how technology will help them resolve these.
