In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of an aesthetic centre, including:

• Ensuring that the outlet operates efficiently and effectively
• Providing leadership and direction to the outlet staff
• Work closely with Doctor and Management Team
• Developing and implementing outlet policies and procedures
• Overseeing customer care and satisfaction
• Maintaining a safe and clean outlet environment

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the sales to ensure the monthly / yearly sales target given is achieved
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including scheduling appointments and managing client treatment flow
• Provide leadership and direction to the outlet staff
• Develop and implement outlet policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations
• Oversee customer care and satisfaction. Provide after care service to every customer.
• Improve outlet services
• Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment
