Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Art/Design / Advertising / 3D or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be of advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software.
- Knowledge in motion graphic, video editing or 3D etc.
- A proactive and resourceful creative thinker in development of design concepts.
- Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Graphic Design:• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for various platforms and purposes.• Design materials such as logos, icons, banners, and infographics.
- Animation and Motion Graphics:• Develop animations and motion graphics for use in videos, presentations, websites, and other digital platforms.• Use software like Adobe After Effects or other animation tools.
- Video Production:• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce videos for marketing, training, orinformational purposes.• Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software.
- Interactive Media:• Design interactive presentations, applications, or websites that engage users with multimedia elements.• Incorporate animations, audio, and video into interactive user interfaces.
- UI/UX Design (optional):• Depending on the role, multimedia designers may be involved in aspects of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for interactive applications.
- Digital Signage:• Create content for digital signage, considering layout, animations, and visual appeal.• Ensure the content effectively communicates the intended message.
- Storyboarding:• Develop visual storyboards to plan and outline multimedia projects, especially for animations and videos.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:• Work closely with other teams such as operations and marketing teams to understand design requirements and goals.
- Presentation Skills:• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to team members, clients, or stakeholders.• Create presentations to showcase design concepts and rationale.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines:• Ensure that all multimedia content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity.
- Stay Updated on Multimedia Trends:• Stay informed about current trends and technologies in multimedia design.• Implement innovative and cutting-edge techniques in multimedia projects.
- Print Production:• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.
