• We are looking for a Patent Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our lead Patent Attorney in managing patent portfolios, conducting patent searches and analyses, and advising on patent strategies. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about intellectual property, particularly patents, and possess the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and developing patent and trademark portfolios for a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches, analyses, and evaluations to support patentability and infringement assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IP needs and develop strategic patent filing strategies.
• Liaise with patent offices and manage the patent application process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide support in patent litigation, opposition, and other legal proceedings.
• Stay abreast of developments in IP law and practice, particularly relating to patents.
