Kelayakan
Competence Requirement:
- Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar field
- Qualification: Minimum SPM /STPM qualifications or equivalent
Skill:
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible to carry out inspection to in process products, which are delivered to the lab for testing.
- To prepare Certificate Of Analysis (CO) upon requested by customer.
- Identify the type of inspection to be carried out at the respective workstation and test according to the defined work instructions.
- Check and ensure the product inspected at in-process/final inspection comply with the specifications and inform the Superior of any test discrepancies.
- To report and take necessary action on any irregularities found in product testing.
- To keep all food safety and quality records and data in order at all time.
- To ensure cleanliness of the laboratory testing equipment and workstation.
- Inform the Manager of any discrepancies found during inspection and take necessary action as directed by the superior.
- To maintain and up-dated the entire product specification request by customer.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior(s) from time to time and according to relevant procedure and FSQMS documentation.
- To issue Non - Conformance form for any non-conformance issue for Production Manager to take the next course of action.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities that the QA Manager may assign you to do
- Report matters concerning product safety and quality to food safety team leader and top management.
