Kelayakan
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with Virtual classroom software, learning management systems, or similar online education platforms and PA system.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in using backend systems and tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and support to users.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to support online classes.
- Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for students.
Tanggungjawab
- Set up and configure virtual classroom software and learning management systems (LMS) for online classes.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the backend systems.
- Coordinate with teachers and material teachers to upload and organize course materials, assignments, and other operate & resources in the LMS.
- Monitor the technical infrastructure during online classes to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide technical support to students and teachers, including assistance with logging in, navigating the online platform, and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with IT team to address any backend system issues or maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of online class attendance, participation, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in online education to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our backend operations.
