Kelayakan
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Education, relevant subject area, or relevant field. Scoring A in SPM Bahasa Malaysia & English will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 Years and above working experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using online learning platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering online lessons using our virtual learning platform.
- Provide individualized academic support to students, including answering questions, clarifying concepts, and offering feedback on assignments.
- Monitor student progress and participation during online sessions, and provide timely feedback to lead teachers.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading assignments, updating class materials, and maintaining student records.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or questions.
