Kelayakan
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Can communicate in Mandarin.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in related field.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Willingness to work extra hours to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Necessary travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction/development projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Urgent work may require some weekend attendance if necessary.
- Update regularly project progress reports.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants and authorities.
- Monitor project schedules and milestones, and report on progress to senior or clients.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and suggest multiple solutions.
