Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and other SEM platforms, with a strong understanding of search engine marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote products or services, including digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and Google SEM paid advertising.
- Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing ads, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically across different campaigns and channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments on social media channels to foster community engagement and enhance brand reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, social media, and SEM to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.
