Kelayakan
- University degree or Bachelor degree or Technical school degree in engineering.
- Good drafting skills.
- Familiar with computer graphics software is preferred. For example: AUTOCAD.
- Committed, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently.
- Good command of writing skill in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as training will provide.
Tanggungjawab
- The role will cover wide range of front and back end Intellectual Property (IP) works include:
- Preparing, drafting the patent documents.
- Preparing, drafting and reviewing documentation in response to office actions from overseas authority.
- Assisting clients by providing legal advice in regards to Intellectual Property Right .
- Liaising with clients, IP authorities, and professional clients whenever necessary.
- Periodical case reporting to client and/or fulfilment of instructions.
- Possess strong sense of responsibility in responding to clients’ enquiries.
- Able to undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Able to translate patent specification from Mandarin to English or vice versa.
- The company’s patent attorney will train new employees through the process. The training period is about three months.
